Does Opulence Mas have a location to view costumes?

Can I submit a custom request?
The band will only be accommodating custom bra requests at this time. Masqueraders requiring a custom bra size for their costume option must select ‘custom bra’ in their package order. Any masqueraders with a custom bra request will be required to mail their bra to the band at their own expense. Any other custom request cannot be accommodated at this time.
Can I order extra items with my costumes?
Of course! We have a variety of add-on options available; ranging from standard add-on options including boy shorts, to additional pieces such as feathered headpieces, feathered leg pieces etc. These items will be indicated as an add-on option where applicable along with respective cost.
How can I pay for my costume?
OPMAS accepts cash at our showroom location and online via Credit (Visa, MasterCard and ATH Mobile, Cash APP, Zelle) You can also perform a direct online bank transfer or deposit. Email admin@opulenceusvi.com for details. Checks are not accepted for payment.
Are costume payment plans available?
Yes, we’ve got you covered! Payment plans will be made available; but 50% of the costume must be paid by September 30th , 2024 and the remaining balance paid by November 30th , 2024. Costume packages must be paid in full prior to collection. Masqueraders can also make advance payments via online transfer, in cash at Opulence Mas Camp and online via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and ATH Mobile, Cash APP, Zelle).
Can I get a refund for my costume deposit for any reason?
No. Deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
What information will be required for registration?
ALL masqueraders must provide the following information for registration:
General Information
• Full Name
• Age (must be 18+ to participate)
• Date of Birth
- Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number (including area code)
Females
- Monokini/One Piece Size
- Bra Size
• Panty Style
• Panty Size
Males
• Pant Size (waist)
What happens if I input inaccurate information into the registration system?
All changes must be made within 3 days of ordering. Requests made outside of the 3 day window cannot be guaranteed and requires additional approval.
I’ve purchased a costume from another masquerader. How do I transfer the costume to my name?
Opulence does not allow costume transfers.
